Medical missionaries often feel powerful emotional burden from moral injury, and it is a leading cause of departure from the mission field. But we have learned proven methods of preventing and dealing with moral injury. Use God’s powerful methods to protect yourself and your team, and to grow in wisdom and spirit!

As we see an increasing number of culturally diverse patients in our practices or on the mission field, we need to understand how culture influences healthcare including through our own biases.
