Haiti First Responders located in Titanyen/Cabaret Haiti along RT National 1 is a Haitian Community project.
OCSENOE, Is the groups name and consists of the Pastor of the Titanyen Baptist Church and 12 or more community leaders. They have a school, a new church, and the old church will be used in the efforts of vocational training for the instruction of Disaster Training/EMS/Fire/Rescue and mass feeding after a major Disaster. Strong Christian business ethics teaching along with teaching the Haitian people how to help and serve each other. After this program is complete our goal is to include a Christ Centered Microenterprise community project in teaching the art of owning their own businesses and providing for their own needs.
