Operation Care’s Mercy Medical Clinic is a Christ-centered free clinic that is staffed with 45 volunteers including licensed medical and dental providers, nurses, pastoral caregivers, language interpreters, and office personnel. The clinic offers lab and dental services, family and internal medicine, surgical and orthopedic consultations, dermatology, cardiology, gynecology, and counseling services.
The clinic’s mission is to provide compassionate medical and dental care to the uninsured, non-Medicare, and financially disadvantaged patients from multiple surrounding counties. Since 1998, when Operation Care launched the clinic, the hospital and local physicians have worked collaboratively with the Mercy Medical staff to provide diagnostic tests and other supports in an effort to ensure excellent patient care. We are currently in need of MD's, PA's, or NP's, DMD’s, and dental hygienists. The clinic has an extensive waiting list for fillings and cleanings.
