We are a registered Non-Governmental working in the Nairobi, Kenya urban informal settlements and the rural areas to improve livelihoods of the underserved and marginalized hard to reach groups who face ever challenging healthcare system particularly, children, adolescent girls and young women. Our work involves, research, advocacy, community mobilization and service delivery.
Santiago Perfecto Clinic is a model clinic for integrated primary healthcare and excellence nutritional center within Kayole informal settlements Nairobi.
Our main aspiration is to systemize approaches and interventions to micronutrient deficiency at Kayole nutritional centre particularly for children with mental health issues within the informal settlements and beyond.

PROGRAMMES;
ADOLESCENT GIRLS AND YOUNG WOMEN(AGYW).
This is an initiative with an exclusive focus on adolescent girls
and young women due to their vulnerability and
susceptibility especially during these advent times of Covid19
pandemic. The initiative has given special emphasis on family
planning and safe motherhood as areas that require urgent
and immediate attention. Indeed individuals in this
category are most vulnerable to maternal deaths during
pregnancy and child delivery. Also, they are faced with the
menace of incessant domestic gender-based violence(G.B.V),
sexual abuse, Sexually Transmitted Infections(STIs) including
HIV/AIDS. We are currently in the process of lobbying for
funds to construct a $263,932.06 maternity home as part of
the effort to expand Santiago Perfect Healthcare that will
enable us to take great care of this vulnerable segment of
society.
NON-COMMUNICABLE CHRONIC DISEASES
Hypertension, diabetes, obesity, cancer and metabolic
syndrome are notably the main focus areas that we envisage
to content within this category but not limited to these
alone.
In our endeavor to achieve results, we organize community
outreach activities, we collect data, we prevent and control
these diseases in collaboration with various stakeholders and
donor organizations. We partner with research firms to
conduct surveillance and enact control. We conduct medical
clinics for diabetes and hypertension as well as free
monitoring of blood pressure.
HIV/AIDS
a)V.C.T; This is an initiative that focuses on identifying
positive cases and putting them on medication immediately
to control spread.
b)Comprehensive Care Clinic(C.C.C); This initiative offers
standard care to patients of HIV and their families. The Care
is not only medical but also holistic in that it takes into
consideration the mental and social factors.

Outpatient and Inpatient Services; Under this category, we content ourselves with the following services; Diagnosis and treatment of hypertension and diabetes mellitus. Offering outpatient clinic services. Offering laboratory services. Conducting minor surgeries. Antenatal Clinic; At this level, we offer antenatal care services, child welfare clinic. Family Planning; We offer family planning clinics and also conduct community outreach services. Maternity Services; We offer maternity services for normal child delivery. Corporate Social Responsibility;
Initiate and sustain services such as Primary School Health programmes such as deworming among others in different parts of the country. The organisation carried out a similar activities in Mavitini and Muthetheni Primary schools both found in Machakos County in 2018. Our Team;
PATRON; DR. Mutuma GZ, PathologistM.Med(Path),(University of Nairobi). The patron of Santiago Perfecto Foundation; Dr. Mutuma is a renown clinical and forensic pathologist having previously worked under the following portfolio; 1. Chief Government Pathologist(Head of medico-legal services)-Ministry of Health, Kenya 1997-1998. 2. Fellow at WHO scholarship at The Victorian Institute of Forensic Medicine, Australia 1995-1997. 3.Medical officer, Ministry of Health(M.O.H) Machakos District, Kenya 1993-1995. 4.Provincial Pathologist, Eastern Province, Kenya 1993-1995. 5. Medical superintendent Machakos Provincial General Hospital, Kenya 1993-1995. He also worked at the Kenya Medical Research Institute(K.E.M.R.I) and led it to start the cancer registry. 1. Director at National Cancer Registry, 2002-2012. 2. Chairman of the National Biotechnology and NonCommunicable Diseases Research Programmes, 2003- 2012. 3. Head of oncology and pathology Research Unit, 2004- 2012. 4. Principal Research Officer, 2002-2012. 5. Senior Research Officer, K.E.M.R.I 1998-2001. He currently works as Chief Executive Officer at the Zambezi Hospital, Founding member of The Royal College of physician of London- Faculty of Forensic and Legal Medicine 2007. He is also a Life Member fellow of the International Union Against Cancer(UICC) having been awarded International Cancer Transfer Fellowships(ICRETT), in cancer research-UK 2003. C.E.O;
DR. Gabriel Nyamai Dr.Nyamai is a clinician whose experience spans ten years in clinical and philanthropy community work. Having worked for Zambezi and Perfecto Health Foundation, he has focused his energies more on preventive medicine than curative medicine. Kenya, just like the rest of the of the world, is not ready to battle with the burden occasioned by lifestyle diseases. He has earned for himself a niche in campaigning for lifestyle modification. Through Perfecto Health program, the organization has impacted many lives world-over. Locally, he supports Peniel Perfecto Football Club and Mailisaba Starlets Football Club for girls.
Chief Nutritionist; Our chief nutritionist is Ann Kinya. She is advises our patients on the kind of food they should take. Group Chairperson;
