Hope Health is an FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) with two community health center locations in Waxahachie and Ennis, Texas. Hope Health is currently partnering with the Baylor Scott and White Health System (BSWH) to develop a new Family Medicine Residency Program. Hope Health will serve as the program s primary outpatient site and Baylor Scott and White Waxahachie will provide residents with the remaining required inpatient and subspecialty experiences. To support the planning and development of this program, Hope Clinic applied for and was successfully awarded the Teaching Health Center Planning and Development Grant Program administered through the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA-22-107). Residents from this program will be receiving comprehensive and longitudinal training in primary care while also refining their skills in working with the medically underserved, underinsured/uninsured, and low-income patient populations within the Ellis County community while representing Hope s core values of LOVE-SERVE-HEAL. Hope s mission is to show the light of God s love by caring for the whole person by providing quality, patient-centered healthcare that is affordable for those we serve. Services offered include adult and pediatric primary health care, women s health, dental care and restoration, and behavioral health assessment and treatment at fees based on income and household size. Additional services such as prescription assistance, benefits counseling, case management, diabetes education and support, a nutrition and health education are also provided.

The MediCradle Foundation is a non-profit organization that is assisted by doctors, nurses, engineers, programmers, lawyers, and many others, all of whom have donated their time in order to create, manufacture, and distribute low-cost infant incubators to be used in developing countries. Although most of those who assist the MediCradle Foundation are Christians, we are reaching out to hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities of any type or faith, in order to show Christ s love to all. According to the World Health Organization, 15 million infants are born preterm (before 37 weeks of gestation) every year. Almost 1 million of these infants will die because of a lack of simple health care, including the need for infant incubators. Without working incubators - which can be prohibitively expensive and extremely difficult to maintain in more primitive conditions - hospitals in developing countries often lose two or more infants every day. MediCradle s goal is to help address this critical problem. The MediCradle has been designed to work in less-than-ideal conditions in developing countries, where sufficient funding, technical expertise, adequate medical training, and sufficient electric power may not always be available. The MediCradle has been verified to meet all necessary international standards. The MediCradle has been designed specifically to meet the challenges of more challenging conditions in developing countries, where electric power, technical expertise, replacement parts, and clean environments may not always be available. Wateroam is a social enterprise which provides honest water solutions for a better world. Our vision is to end global thirst and we do so through developing commercial, household and outdoor products which can also be used for emergency response and rural development. Founded in 2014, we have partnered with over 60 humanitarian organizations like the Red Cross, World Vision to tackle pressing water issues in emergency and long-term development settings in over 40 countries. The humanitarian commission in La Guajira is a mission that branches from YWAM in Medellin, Colombia. We believe that being the hands and feet of Jesus means providing refuge for orphans, food for the hungry, and joy to the hopeless. In January 2016 God called Silia Contreras to become a full-time missionary to share the Gospel and mobilize professionals with their gifts and talents to serve displaced families from the armed conflict, widows, orphans, the persecuted church, and children whose rights had been violated. La Guajira s citizens suffer from state abandonment and consequently experience great political corruption. The indigenous Wayúu communities are the most vulnerable. This project is carried out in Uribia, a Colombian municipality in northern Guajira known as the indigenous capital of Colombia . The majority of its population is part of the Wayúu people, who have inhabited this territory since pre-Colombian times and are recognized as the collective owner of the great indigenous reserve of Alta and Media Guajira (upper and middle). More than 1,500 Wayúu families and Venezuelan migrants live in extreme poverty lacking basic services like water, electricity, and a sanitary sewage system. In addition to long-term projects, like building and establishing un Comedor, or Community table where discipleship and humanitarian interventions can take place, annual medical brigades have been held since 2016. During the brigades, free, personalized health care is offered by physicians, dentists, nurses, and therapists. Volunteers of all backgrounds join the brigades, such as handymen, teachers, hair stylists, environmentalists, church leaders, cooks, etc. Our desire and prayer is that anyone can join in blessing others with their skills. We believe everyone has a skill God can use in our projects. In addition, VBS is provided for children when visiting the Brigades with their families. We are always in need of volunteers.

History and Overview Saji Lukos , and his wife, responding to God s call, gathered 12 influential leaders in the summer of 1993, and founded Reaching Indians Ministries International (RIMI) in the USA and Mission India (MI) in India. RIMI is an international, interdenominational evangelical Christian organization established in 1993. Our vision is to glorify Christ by training indigenous leaders who establish vibrant Christ-centered communities in South Asia and beyond in order to transform lives spiritually, socially and economically. This is implemented by the partnership of God s people everywhere. RIMI s core passion is Evangelism and Church Planting. To help support those efforts, we are also involved in Leadership Development and Community Development Programs. Rural populations in the Democratic Republic of Congo are caught in a vicious cycle of poverty. The poverty translates to a lack of inspirational sources among youth. This cycle eliminates hope for much of the deprived population. There is a combination of challenges that causes limitations for these rural populations. For one, there is a serious lack of infrastructure. Small, isolated villages lack practical roads that connect them to urban business centers. Healthcare facilities and schools are lacking as well. The deprivations slow the socioeconomic prospects of rural areas. Distance to commercial centers, lack of better schools, and healthcare centers all remain significant barriers to the development of rural areas. Consequently, early, and often forced marriages of young girls are very common and maternal and child mortality remain higher. Hence, RWI Inc, is dedicated to address these challenges to unleash the impetus (a force that encourages energetic action) for a better future. Hence our mission is to improve the lives of rural deprived communities in Democratic Republic of Congo through education, health, and economic self-sufficiency.

Access to health care and primary care services is very limited for many people in Nigeria. Though there are hospitals in the urban areas, many of them face their own challenges; outdated or lack of medical equipment and inadequate medical supplies and medications. Hospital staff tell us we do the best we can with the resources we have . Poor road conditions, lack of transportation and cost of medical care make access to health care very difficult and even impossible for the people in the rural villages. Nigeria has many significant health issues, which compound the need for primary care services: Malaria is a significant health issue in Nigeria. The U.S. Embassy of Nigeria reports that there are an estimated 100 million malaria cases with over 300,000 deaths annually. Deaths related to diarrheal disease are more prevalent in the developing world due in large part, to the lack of safe drinking water, sanitation and hygiene, as well as poor overall health and nutritional status. According to WHO and UNICEF, 150,000 Nigerian children die annually due to dehydration related to diarrheal disease from unsafe water supplies and inadequate sanitation. Nigeria experiences significantly high maternal and infant mortality rates. Poverty, poor hygienical conditions, lack of prenatal care and limited access to medical treatment for delivery are the primary causes for maternal mortality. According to UNICEF, a women s chance of dying during pregnancy or childbirth is one in thirteen and according to WHO, one in five Nigerian children never reach the age of five. Health is ImaBridge s primary area of focus. It is our goal to raise public awareness, facilitate the provision of humanitarian aid through the donation of medical equipment, supplies and medications and to improve access to primary care services.
