Family Medicine We believe primary care is fundamental to our health care system. We believe a relationship with an excellent Family Physician is vital to your good health. We believe the relationship between you and your Family Physician should span all ages, multiple generations in a single family and multiple health care settings. We believe in educating and empowering our patients to care for themselves. SICHC has been providing quality care to all ages in Orange and Crawford Counties for over 40 years. At each of our four offices, our board certified Family Physicians and Family Nurse Practitioners consider it an honor to care for you and your loved ones. Obstetrics As our patients know, traveling near your delivery date is risky, and closer is better. All of your OB care is available right here in your own home community. Dr. Yolanda Yoder, Dr. Sean Salés and Dr. Karen Farris deliver babies at IU Health Paoli Hospital so that your office care flows smoothly with hospital services. We hear often from those who have delivered elsewhere then come here for the next, that obstetric services in Paoli are the best kept secret of the county . The kind, dedicated team of medical professionals and flexibility of birth choices creates a quality, unique birth center-like experience. And to top it off, you don t need to find a new doctor for your baby. The same caretaker who already knows your family well is prepared and certified in neonatal care to be ready for your beloved, At First Breath. Our OB Services Also Include: Free Pregnancy Tests Ultrasounds Fetal Non-Stress Tests C-Sections Neonatal Care Pay-Plans Mental Health Care We are happy to have licensed mental health therapists Teresa Faulkner, Brandy Terrell and Sherrie Anderson on staff. In order to better treat the whole individual, both physically and mentally, SICHC uses an integrated care approach so your doctor and therapist can work together to help you feel better. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, our additional services include, chronic disease management, pediatrics, addiction management, sports medicine, nutrition & lifestyle, CDL exams, in-patient care, nursing home care, translation services, insurance navigator assistance, transportation and dental care. Access to high-quality professional services is of utmost importance but we are acutely aware of the financial hardship health care access can create for some patients. In addition to navigator access we offer a sliding fee scale for under-insured or uninsured patients, as well as payment options that are best for your household. Please visit our website for additional information or contact any of our 4 locations also listed on website.

Agua Viva Ministries

National City, CA, US · 1 member

Agua Viva Ministries exists to reach Mexico for Christ. We do so by offering Bible school training to Mexican Christians who return home to serve their communities- some of which are unreached. We offer our 140-acre ranch as a low-cost retreat center to the local Church where they can hold youth camps, marriage conferences, baptisms, weddings, and other events. And finally, we host short-term mission groups from the U.S. and Canada who come to Ensenada to serve with children, construction, sports camps, medical and dental clinics, and more.

The Invisible Patients Mission (IPM) is a Christ-centered home health care ministry that exists to serve those invisible frail patients in East Asia. Hebron Medical Center

Irvine, CA, US · 4 members

Hebron Medical Center is a mission hospital located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It was founded in 2007 as a outpatient clinic by Dr. Kim, a Korean pediatrician. His vision was to glorify God by providing compassionate medical care to the urban and rural poor of Cambodia. Since then, Hebron has grown into a full hospital with a large outpatient clinic and multiple specialty departments. A family medicine residency was started in order to develop and disciple the next generation of Cambodian doctors. Cambodian patients come to Hebron from all over Cambodia because of the love and compassion they experience there. Cambodian staff find a warm and nurturing environment where they experience the love of Jesus, some for the first time. In addition to family medicine, Hebron has an operating room, as well as general surgery, women s health, cardiology, pediatrics, GI and endoscopy, and oncology departments. Spiritual care is offered through regular Bible study and preaching, and personal relationships between missionaries and staff. Continuing education is regularly offered to doctors and nurses by visiting teams, long-term medical volunteers, and local partner organizations. We love talking about medical missions and Hebron, so if you are interesting in our hospital or just medical missions in general, please contact us!
